Return Policy

Customers have the right to notify OperaMaddie in writing that they wish to return the purchased product(s) without penalties and without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Process

To exercise the right of return, you must inform us in writing by filling out the Return Form received with the package (also available by email) and sending it to opera.maddie@gmail.com. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by OperaMaddie. Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered (original tags intact, not worn or damaged). The package must include the completed Return Form with all required information.

Return Shipping

For a quicker resolution of your return request, we recommend using a courier service (e.g., DHL, UPS) rather than the national postal service. The customer can opt to exchange the returned product for another available item. If you choose to replace the returned product with another available item, the return shipping costs will be covered by you as the customer, while the shipping costs for the new product will be covered by OperaMaddie. Replacement with a product of higher value requires payment of the difference upon receipt of the new package.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you received a different product than the one ordered or a defective product, contact our team within 72 hours at opera.maddie@gmail.com to report the issue. We will ensure the product is replaced or refunded as soon as possible. In such cases, the return and replacement shipping costs are covered by OperaMaddie.
